Recreation and parks: Aquatics public-private partnership

As the director of recreation services for City of Menlo Park, I led a complex request for proposals and contract negotiations to secure an aquatics operator at two City-owned aquatics centers. The process culminated with the City Council authorizing a five-year public-private partnership to run both aquatics centers year-round, seven days per week.
